Our Company First Source Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd from Chennai purchased VOIP phones from Fidem Technologies. (Very recently in 2015). They promised that they will support and send the Phones ordered within 72 hours. For a trial order, 1st phone they shipped and we had great difficulty in configuring the phone and their help was average.
when we placed 2nd order for 4 phones they got our money and did not ship for two to three weeks and when we asked them to refund the money they said they will ship another brand, Which we were about to buy from a local Chennai based supplier, they said they will match price and ship. We received the phones after several phone calls and emails. The phone they supplied could not be configured and our telephone service provider figured out they sold us old used phone (2 numbers of Poly Com Phone). We place order in October 2015 and they supplied phones which are manufactured in Oct 2011. Not only that it was very old phone and they were already configured for some other company with their system information.
We contacted Fidem Technologies and informed about selling us the old used phone, they said they will take care of it immediately. After their promise, no one from the company is attending our calls.
In the mean time the 1st phone they supplied had gone bad and they told us they will take care of it. Now after explaining about the all the problems, The person who sold Tazim Hussain 91-9717317430/9911567618 and the service person Sharique Mob no: 7838445770 both are not attending any our phones calls
I am not sure how anyone can trust this company and their promise. I have given ONE STAR because that is the lowest rating. I would give them a BIG ZERO. We are totally disappointed. We are not sure whether we will be getting any service or re-placement from them? I am warning to all potential buyers of phones or any other products from them, that they should not trust them even for a penny. This kind of business should never be allowed to stay in business. No-one should ever buy from this company.
