Wrong product

This is to inform that the product I ordered from Fevrona(www.fevrona.com) was a kurti and the product I got was a dirty torned cloth material. Then I have requested for the refund and also submitted the refund form, But they only give me a message that the refund will be credited with in 10 working days. As up to now no refund have been recieved.
The I also sent them a email on [email protected], but they didnt gave me a reply.
