This is the worst brand I came across in my life.
My name is Pravin and took a watch of model number 9950pp05 on 26 March 2014 and had faced thousands of problem after taking the watch.
This watch stopped working for 4 times till now and every time I send this watch in service center and they return me after 1 month. So till now 4 months the watch has being in service centre and most of the time I’m without watch. It’s really very frustrating that this brand is of no use and it should be banned in India for selling his product.
I personally demand a replacement for my watch with a new watch. I will escalate this issue further if I will not receive a proper reply from Fastrack.
This really a shame for this company f they cannot provide a good service to their customers.
