materials received is not as per order ID- F-43872

we had booked three nos. of kurtis by online shopping. My Order ID is F-43872 and I have paid Rs. 1347/- for that. customer name is Sasmita Pattnaik. But, when I opened the packet, to my surprise I found three nos. of torn chunuris. In this regard, I have intimated to the company through mail on two consecutive days i.e. on 11.09.18 and 12.09.18 describing to refund my amount. But, till to date, I have not received any reply . I have also applied in complaint request form of fashionya.in.
Sir aap ne product galt bhej diya hai pls refund to my payment
I have received wrong product which I have not ordered. I want the refund of rs 549.
