Hello Sir/Mam,
I had purchased an item from Fashion and you on 30th December,2015.I received it on 4th Jan,2016.But due to discrepancy in what I ordered and what I received I had returned the order.The reverse pickup was done on 5th Jan,2016.
But I haven’t received my refund amount till date.The customer forum doesn’t reply on many occasions,If at all they reply they just keep saying we are looking into it.
Please help me out on this.
