Product not delivered/ not refunding my money

I order an headphones for which i wanna reward of i phone x for claiming the reward for demanding rupee 8 thousand i can the rewards as i think it was fake as prize of phone is approx 90 thousand and now they are neither sending ordered headphones and nor refunding my money back although when i call for complaining they not talking properly and disconnect call.
