Fashion And You — Money not received

I ordered two shirts on 13 jan 2016, they told 5 to 10 days for delivery. After twenty day i did receive my shirts. Then i called paid customer support of fashion and you. they we telling one new reason every time when i call. i asked them to cancel my order they told it was cancelled on end of JAN 2016. but still i didn’t receive my money back.
