I Purchased Skoda Rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition diesel model on 10th March 2016 from fahrenheit automobile pvt ltd moti nagar new delhi after the completion of all the formalities. More than Six months have passed by but the dealer has not filled the papers with transport authorities for registration of my car till date neither the dealer is refunding to me the registration amount. As per the transport authority rules and regulations dealer has to register the vehicle with transport authority within a month of purchase of vehicle. I have contacted them N number of times through email, sms and phone calls. But they are so insensitive that till date they have still not filled papers for the registration. My vehicle is lying ideal since 10th march 2016 as I could not use it.
I have made several complaints to the skoda india private limited also but they also don’t do anything.
I want dealer/skoda to immediately file the papers in authorities and deliver the documents including RC to my residential address within three days.
Dealer/skoda should also compensate me the following:
1. Vehicle ideal compensation at the rate Rs. 5000 per day starting from the 10th march 2016 till date I receive all the documents.
2. Since I cannot use my vehicle due to ignorance/insensitivity of the dealer, dealer/skoda should compensate me by paying an interest @20% per day on the on road value of the car that is Rs.1166000/- starting from the 10th march 2016 till date I receive all the documents.
3. The mental agony, embarrassment, harassment, and inconvenience suffered by me because of the above a compensation of Rs 2 Crores should be paid by the dealer/skoda.
