Fabnio soft silk saree

I bought a saree worth 1399..They claimed it to be soft silk. The saree is cheap and it is torn at the end also..I emailed [email protected] the facts but they answered it can’t be refunded or exchanged..I tried to contact them in their whatsapp number..But the answer was to contact [email protected] already answered that it can’t be returned…Fabnio cheated me by sending a damaged(torn) product.
Worst Saree I have ever seen my life waste online shopping..
Even i ordered one black color saree the product which was mentioned in website is soft silk saree, but sorry to say it is NOT SILK SAREE its rubber kind of material with very tacky shine color and even the width of the saree is very less i am 5.4 inches and can’t wear it, it’s not covering the my length . they did not mentioned the width also .. These people are just cheating the customer or we can say looting blindly .
One more point their sales person who has come to deliver the saree was ill manner . no etiquette . He has swap the ATM card twice and amount has been deducted twice .
Seriously i will never recommend any one to order their product .
They charged Rs 1450 and the saree was not even worth to pay Rs 500.
I tried reaching them for refund and return the saree . but they denied for it

Yeah I too ordered and received v.poor quality material..fed up.by calling customer care..and sending mail to [email protected]
Please return my saree I want my money
I brought a saree for 1399 + delivery charges. They claimed it to be soft silk. The saree received was a curtain material very shinny n not wearable. And they don’t exchange or return it. Fabnio should be banned for making false advertisement
i faced same bad experience. i want to take strict action against the fraud seller.

Very cheap quality. I didn’t receive the ordered saree at all. If I call also no response from them. Please refund my money.
I ordered a black soft silk saree with red border for Rs.1399/-. I received on Friday the 8th November a very cheap saree not even worth Rs.300/- of dark green color with orange border which was no where close to what I had ordered. I want to return that and get my money back. I think this is a fake online saree company.
I have also experienced as above they charged Rs.2700 given cash to courier Delivery on
for two sarees they (SAREECRAFT1) (Fabbazar) Noida / Surat based are targeting customers and giving dirty goods that which was not ordered. When spoken on 9330056966 they are not clear about refund or replacement.
