Cheating…delivery of wrong and substandard product

Placed an order for a soft silk saree with zarre border CD 119. What I recd is a polyester saree printed on one side which cannot be used at all. There is no muṅṛi on of the contact details on their return policy page also. Not able to complain for that reason. It is a fraud company which is cheating people by promoting quality products and delivering the cheapest possible product possible. Request you to take action.
