Fabfurnish.com — Money blocked on order canceled by the site

Last July, a friend gave me a coupon code for the ecom site. I made a pretty big purchase. The order got placed and money deducted. But I never received a confirmation mail of the order. Then one of the many products got delivered. Some days later I got a call telling me that the order was cancelled and put under fraud. Now if the amount was too big or the coupon invalid for my use, the transaction should’ve been blocked right at that point. It’s been too long now but their customer care has no answer about our refund. The amount blocked is almost one lakh rupees. Not a small amount that I would let go. Can you please help me take up this matter with them?
