FabAlley – Providing Bad Quality and Money not Refunded

They are Such a Fraud Company. I purchased a dress from www.faballey.com that was totally a damaged product as it was having ink marks on the same I asked them to replace that or refund that but no response from their side after that rather than accepting this they prove themselves that they send their products after quality check. When prompt them many times with calls and e-mails for refund anyhow they got agree with making refund, after that they play very smart they picked the defected order and asked for account details to make the refund but they didn’t replied further. Its been more than a month no response from their side. My money has not been refund. How they are earning by making their customers fool. They are be-fooling customers in this way. Such a pathetic service and big fraud they are. So I want to register a complaint against such a fraud company. Please Take some Action !
