Fab furnish – No refund for thr Damaged goods delivered

I had ordered a tulip essex six seater dining set on 13th april 2015 and paid more than 80 percent of the charges.After a delay of more than two months and numerous phone calls to the call center of the company we finally recieved the order . But on inspecting we found that the table was damaged, the mica was chipped in various places and therefore not acceptable. Now after mailing n calling numerous times, they are giving excuses and delaying my refund.

I want a complete refund of my order plus compensation for the time and money spent on calling your customer care for more than two months.
