Exalt Consulting Placemen Services Pvt Ltd is a Fraud placement Company – Paid Rs.5056 on assurance of getting the job but cheating the customer like me

Dear Sir,
I would like to introduce myself as Jayakumar G who has cheated me of Rs.5056 on the pretext of getting the job. I would like to give you the details of the incident.
On 10-Jul-2014, one lady by name Husna called up from Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. But daily she was calling me atleast 2 to 3 times and was giving all information about the company vacancies and anyhow I was also looking for a job, hence accepted this placement offer. On 15-Jul-2014, I made a payment of Rs.5056 through my Credit Card and on 16-Jul-2014 she sent me the details of Application form to be filled and sent which I did. But that was the last about the interaction between her. This Idiot lady Husna will never pick up my call when I used to call her frequently, then I called her up on her landline, but she took the call and gave to other staff member saying that I have to send emails to [email protected]. Then I sent the details but no response and somebody called up and said, for my experience, there are no vacancy at present, will let me know when they get the details of any vacancies. Also, they will check in naukri and other
jobs website and will send the email to go for walkin interview, but funniest part is these people will not give the contact person’s details. But will ask us to go and attend the interview. In this way the sent the details and I had got a doubt about this company and I understood that I have been cheated by this fraud company and fraud lady Husna, but by this time my time months agreement got over on 15-Oct-2014, so I pressurized them to refund my money back by sending emails to [email protected]. They asked me to fill the form and send the scanned copy to [email protected] and hardcopy by registered post which I sent on 20-Oct-2014. Later they told that my refund is underprocess and finally I got shock after receiving the email from them on Nov 03, 2014. Please go through the emails below

We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing investigation by police authorities against job consultancies across Bangalore our company account is frozen as on date due to which we are unable to process refunds in time.Hence we request you to co-operate with us for a period of 3 to 6 months by which time we believe that our account will be unfreezed by an order from the court of law.

This is not the convincing answer which i am expecting from you. Since as per the policy you were supposed to return back my money whether your account is freezed by police officer. You give me back my money and i am not bothered about yourExalt Consulting Issues. Want to meet, give me the details of the concerned person with contact number. Also, the landline number is not in working condition, this is creating suspicious on your company.

Sir,
that is what we are trying to answer you, its not only accounts they made us inaccessible everything which is helpful for us to reach you people and provide your proper updates or process the refunds. It includes the entire properties inside the office data, phone lines, computers, bank accounts, laptops, servers, files, documents etc. they locked our office.
Dear Mr. Jayakumar keeping myself at your place i can understand what you are going through due to this sudden action taken by police we are really concerned about all the people associated with us. and we will definitely try to get the justice for all those who are dependent on us. Now you be in place of us and think how we are facing all the problems though we are not eligible for such irrelevant action taken against us. Since we the employees at Exalt have trust on our organization and its processes we are supporting our organization to come out of it and trying to contact all the possible people who are approaching us. I appreciate the patience you shown, but a little more patience and trust on us. we will keep you posted about the facts and progress about this. Also will publish it online. Request you not to jump into the conclusion more than anyone we are concerned about our customers. but unfortunately this all happened while processing the refund amount.
Request you at least few weeks have patience.

Yesterday i had been to your office, which was closed and enquired about the status of Exalt with some of your neighbours in the building, they are telling some police issues about your company.
Kindly confirm me that i want my full money back which was deposited at the time of registration, not that you will deduct some money and give 1000 Rupee or so. Since i am a professional, i am interacting with you with soft tone.
I have never seen a idiot lady like Husna, she is not a trust worthy lady. She is the one who trapped me to get into this controversy.
Please confirm at the earliest.

We are holding an official joint conference on coming Week in the presence of Legal representative and company representative. In this we will be discussing about the settlement of the issues.
We will share the venue of the same.

My humble request to you sir, please include my name in the complaint along with others so that I can also get my money back .
Please punish the company MD and their executive especially Husna for cheating the people like us. These people should be kept in jail for life sir.
