ENBEE PLANTATIONS LTD – Non Refund of Debentures Value

Dear Sir,
I had purchased 317 debentures from Enbee Plantations under folio No 0176932 ref no 5562. As per Hon’ble High Court of Judicature MP at Jabalpur U/S 391-393 of Companies Act regarding approval of modified scheme of compromises for repayment of Principal amount in 9 installments equal installments to the creditors holding debentures. Ist cheque for Rs 1761/- recieved cheque no 208938 dated 05 July 2004. Issued by Executive Director vide letter No R-5562/L-49/D-38/F-0176932/I-ist.This was as per directions of Hon’ble High Court MP Jabalpur.Executed under Mr Sumit Nema Advocate Commissioner Designated by Hon’ble MP High Court. Address 1029,Gol Bazar Jabalpur(MP) 482001. I have written 20 letters but no response from the company yet.
