company taken 1.5lac with false promise

I have taken this elite loyalties 5 year package in Jan 12 2019 by paying 1.06 lac through credit card. They said that I will get elite member card with 2gm gold now it’s already a two month they have not given any services and whenever I try to call their phone number were switched off. Mr Nayeem Sheikh and Mr Imran Malik explained about the schemes now both of their number were switched off. I want refund of my hard earned money. Please help. I am the sole earning person in my family. Please help.
