Went to Elite ford service center for fixing issue with my ford figo vehicle, They told to wait and they have taken 1 hour then there representative (Rahul) came to see the vehicle.
Issue was related to electrical lose connection, it should not take more than 30 min to fix the issue but representative told it is going to take one day to check/fix the issue.
Due to that I have not given my vehicle to them.
Elite Ford service – They don’t have time for customer to see the issue which can be resolved in 20 – 30 min.
They are not giving value to customer
The way they are handling customer is not professional and I had bad experience at the time of service of my car also.
Suggestion – Think before buying your vehicle from them because service is very important where I am struggling now with Elite Ford.
