My home lift has been delayed continuously from when we placed the order. There isn’t any communication whatsoever. They have delayed my lift timeline by many months during production and could not stick to the timeline. When asked, we were told that as it is an Italian product, delays are common from factory end.

In addition to that, after the product was completed, we cleared the final payment after all confirmation and assurance that it would be shipped immediately. After the payment was cleared in January and the company was supposed to start shipping, there was no communication and after 3 months, they started their shipping process. They didn’t ship this immediately so that they could combine the orders of three other lifts and ship it together. Due to this, in addition to our initial delay, after the payment, they made us wait for 3 more months.

For every single thing, we have to continuously ask and beg them. They do have an efficient installation team who can finish the job in Hyderabad. Every time when we request visit to finish the job, they take more than 10 days, and send some other person who delays the project by asking for something else. They do not have any supervisor, who can instruct and plan all at once.

Even now when we request, they come at their own leisure and do not finish the job. They only find out the reasons . Their attitude is not positive and reflects that of a government office. They do not feel that they are serving a product but rather that they re doing a service.

Even now my work is pending, if this is the case, how can I expect service from them. Request the top management to look into it and take it seriously. We are still waiting with a positive attitude
