Elder Pharma – Non payment of Deposit amount and interest of my Fixed Deposits

I hold one Fixed Deposit for Rs. 60,000/ F,D receipt No 78518. This F.D has matured on 15.01.2016. The company is not paying interest for the past 18 months. Refunded the deposit amount either.. This company is a cheat and has embezzeled all F.D holders money
