eezeecart – Customer Care Representative abused when i decided not to buy the product

I would like to highlight the unprofessional and unsophisticated attitude of their customer care representative, Shruti and would want the consumer forum committee to take serious disciplinary action against her. At 12:00pm today, I get a call from this lady regarding the combo offers available on their website under deals of the day. She wanted me to login and have a look at what all products are on Offer.After having a discussion and taking thorough understanding of the product’s guarantee/ warranty and payment methods, I asked them to call me at 3:00 pm for a final confirmation. So that in the meanwhile i can discuss these offers with my family, After the discussion, we decided not to go ahead with this offer. When this lady calls me at 3:00 pm to ask on my decision and final payment – I stated that we will not be interested as of now. Kindly check with us later sometime, when you have such deals in future.The lady started prodding that why i wouldn’t be interested and why did i waste their time. I told her that i am a customer and i can take my time to decide to buy the product or not. Also, as a product seller its her job to talk to customers everyday, she cannot say that it was a waste of time for her. On telling this to her, she had the audacity of ABUSING me. I am going to escalate this matter on social media sites and also to the highest authority of their company so that a strict action can be taken against this lady. I expect a personal apology from their customer representative in this regards. EEZEECART will have to face serious repercussions regarding this, Thank god i did not buy any products, They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. GUYS! pls be aware. FAKE COMPANY!!! Should be banned!!
