Wrong cheap product sent instead of what was ordered

I ordered a watch with name of DM 360 blue tooth smart watch, however what I recieved was cheap different watch, since now the call centre number and the email id provided on the website both are not working, it proves that the company is a cheat and fraudster. Thefore the cases may be sent to the consumer forum so this fraudulent entity should be locked out and the persons so involved be put behind bars.
