Product not deliver after Paid Full Amount Of 13109

We have booked I Phone 6 with touch finger print scaner we have paid the full Amount Of the Same product on 08/01/2019 but the consignment not Deliver at my address and customer care not pick my phone and not responce. we trying to reach by mail many more time but daemon failure.
