Wrong Product Delivered and no response from the company

I ordered a smart watch having orer no-100058975, the watch delivered to me was a cheap quality watch and even the design of the same is not matching with what they have shown on there website. I have already informed them via mail and trying to reach there customer service but have connected them. This is cheating on company’s side, please either deliver the right product or refund the money else i will complled to go to consumer court.
