Wrong or quality compromised product sent and return refund process

Ebazee.net aka edeals.in is the worst site to make any purchase. It should be named as dhoka-bazee or thok-bazee. net.
I purchased a smart watch on 17.10.2019. The payment gateway confirmed transaction by email but there was no order confirmation email from their site. As I emailed for the same at their custercare email, the gmail responsed that the custercare email is nonexistent! Called the customer care number several times but every time it was dropped. On 18th night only a call came from them by a female, for address verification. Received the product on 21st but noticed with surprise that, it was not the smart watch they are showing at the purchase page and is rather a low quality, quality compromised product and with no warranty card, company card or user manual. Since then, I tried to contact them over phone, to file a return & refund complaint for nearly fifty times, but no one received the call. Every time it was dropped. Therefore I draw attention of the admin and all the probable buyer on this issue and request everyone to avoid the ebazee.net from making any purchase.
