Fake sight promoting in the name of brands

I’ve ordered a JBL Flip 3 speaker and two ear pods at the rate of 1799 through cash on delivery. Ekart has delivered the product after receiving the money, After opening the pack it was big shock for me, as the pack has fake speaker with no name and single white ear pod which is totally different from the shown picture.
To return the product when i called the customer care its not responding i’ve mailed and even i submit a complaint through website but nothing is responding. even they didnt send a bill for the order through mail.
So please take it as a human damage complaint and return my money back with the proper due.
I have bought Jbl flip 3 Bluetooth speaker. But I got other local speaker. I want return it and return me my total paid amount.
