I purchased one blackberry Z10 new mobile through ebay. I received on yesterday (18/02/2016). When open the box understand that the box already open one. I will take the box open the mobile already used one with some contacts and adding some call in the phone during feb4 to feb 9. after that I checked with the IMEI number in the box it is presented as 354010056625701 and I just checked with mobile label same as entered. Then I checked with mobile through entering *#06# its showing as 354897059138439/35. They sell the product duplicate and cheated the customer.
Please take the legal action and save the un educational people from the brilliant fraud like this. They are punishable.
