Dear Sir, I have purchased ZTE mobile from eBay and the seller is Value 4 Support and from the day 1, on screen the following caution appears ‘please remove the battery as its getting hot’from 3.2.16 till date I wrote so many mails and so many phone calls to eBay and seller to resolve but they are taking light if something happened when we charge mobile phone me and my family will be in risk
I request you to inform eBay team and seller 1800 419 0416 to refund or replacement and then collect old mobile.
Sir they are talking only about their policy why an Indian citizen who paid the money does not have a policy.
Please action and reply.
