My concern is regarding EBay Online website:-
As I purchased a mobile phone( Mi4i) on EBay and he delivered with seal broken..
I am trying to get refund from last 10 days but they are just saying I will arrange a call and the team will discuss the issue with you…
But today I talked to senior and they clearly told me that refund will not be initiated and contact service center if you have not received that you have ordered..
From last days they said you will get refund and always gave me time that you will be called in next 48 hrs…..
Can you please help me out …
