ebay-nike shoe seller – depoited money in the seller account but no product recived

i saw a nike shoe on ebay ,where in the description the seller mentioned his contact number for colors and sizes of shoes, so i contacted via whtsap and chose a shoe and orderd him,,he said to deposit money in his bank account and i did but after 1 week there is no response and he blocked me in whsatp and he bloked all my numbers and i lost 3000 rs :/ i am having all the proof of the converstion screenshots and the bank payment slip plus i found amny additional information details regarding that number please help me find that person before many people gets cheated by him
