Ebay.in/LG G4 Dual Sim Mobile – Item is different which I Ordered

I bought New Condition Imported LG G4 Dual |32GB|3GB|5.5″|16MP|8MP Black ( 181974595112 ) from Ebay.in on 29.12.2015. I ordered for a Dual Sim mobile but I received Single Sim version.
I raised a claim ID:1588506 to ebay. Than they refused my claim. Again I called to Ebay on 4th January, one of Ebay’s executive said that he is reopening the claim and satisfied me. But I do not receive any sms or mail from Ebay regarding this. Again on 5th January I called to Ebay to know about the status of my claim, than it came to know that the last executive made me fool for reopen the claim. OK! your executive said, he is now reopening this case again and send massage to his seniors and seller and he gave me a new claim ID:1-63432905749 which was fake. But, again I did not receive any massage or confirmation from Ebay. I called again today, than the executive said me that no such activity is seen like reopening. Again they made me fool. Now she give me this mail ID to sent my complaint along with proof.
The word Dual was clearly mentioned in the order statement. Please go through the link below which is an email sent to me from ebay for order confirmation:

More interesting fact is that the seller has changed the Item Title and and description just after payment on the same day. He removed the word Dual from the title and has changed the description from dual sim to single sim. Then the same item had the title “New Condition Imported LG G4 |32GB|3GB|5.5″|16MP|8MP Black” (Item ID:181974595112).
As I see yesterday the seller again changed item title as New Condition Imported LG G4 |32GB|3GB|5.5″|16MP|8MP White.
