ebay – Ebay has sent damaged mobile phone-regarding

Sir,
I purchased Intex Aqua A2 mobile but they changed the color.In the description in ebay page they mentioned black color..I actually ordered black colour.But they have sent it blue colour.I applied for the claim. But they closed my claim with 5oo rupees coupon.BUT ACTUALLY THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING..FREQUENTLY IT IS SWITCHING OFF AUTOMATICALLY..CELL IS NOT SHOWING ITS SIGNAL BAR..SIM CARDS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL..My Claim ID in ebay is: 1440695.My PaisaPay ID : 40991819672 Item ID : 321827042572 ..Memory card slot and sim card slots are damaged in that mobile.So Signal is not coming.I attached the photos of the damaged mobile phone.. So i request you to refund my money immediately..Thank you..
