easygotrip – refund of cancelled flight fare

I had booked flight on 16th August from bangalore to new delhi thru easygotrip agency and the flight got cancelled due to low fare charges..its been almost 45 days nw, i hav not got the refund amount(refund no A830,amount 2872) and its also extremely difficult to access their customer care service as its always busy or ther’s no proper reply for our queries..i hav thought to lodge a complaint in consumer court..plz do help out and lets stop these kind of cheatings by such agencies..
