On 11th February I booked the return Air India return flight tickets (from Chennai to Kolkata – 23 & 29 March 2015). After booking I got the confirmation and a minute later my booking was rejected due to fare change. I sent 3 reminders by email and waited till today (17th February 2015) for the refund but no refund and no response from the Easygotrip. Hence I made several calls to the customer helpline number 08080144002 but no one has attended my call. I am waiting for the refund amount of Rs. 7588/-
