I am also facing the same problem. we booked air ticket from delhi to chennai which was cancelled due to fare change… these people never tell about the fare change before booking and they wantedly call us after our amount is credited to their account for cancellation…Please dont ever book any ticket with them…your money will be locked and we must be behind them thro phone and emails which will remain unresponded.. Please suggest any action that cud be taken upon these websites for cheating customers like this..
