I had booked a air ticket through online vendor easygotrip on 14-12-2015 for air journey from Bagdogra to Delhi on 13/04/2016 by Goair airlines and a sum of Rs.3528/- deducted from my SBI account but ticket not found generated so far. Please do needful to get said booked ticket or refund my hard earn money. No booking reference has been provided by the company. I am hereby enclosing screenshot of details of amount charged from my SBI account.
