We booked 2 ticket from Bombay to Hitherow on 14th may 2014 and they deducted money from visa debit card and then mail us stating only one ticket available, so we asked for refund and they replied “will be refunded in 9 days and refund refrence no is A156”
initially we mailed after waiting for 10 to 12 days.. they didnt reply.. then we called up but that number is fixed with cassette. .
Then I sended my brother to mumbai office nut its not existing. .
Then I contact one of friend in goa and send him to goa branch, on asking upon refund they lied to him that its been refunded..
Afterwards I again start calling goa branch direct but every time they ask for mail..and whenever I mail ther is no reply..
So far mailed them many times.. called them many times but no response.
At present am in UK for studies.
