I Rahul Prakash Jain booked a ticket from Mumbai to Srinagar Round Trip on 16 jun 2014 booking reference ET 33466. Ticket was cancelled by me due to uncertain conditions in Srinagar on 06 Sep 2014 . A amount of Rs 38096 was debited from my account at EasyGoTrip.com on 16.06. 2014. Above said amount not refunded till date .
I tried many times to contact on phone no 8080144002 and sent numbers of email to [email protected] and easygotrip.com but no reply given to till date.
