Hi, i made a transaction of RS. 4509 on 4-Aug-2015 from Bangalore to Kolkata via easy go trip , Ref id – ET 64548. ticket got cancelled due to un availability of seats. I called up customer care. till day 11-AUG i have not got my money refunded. kindly help.

I booked a flight ticket on Easygotip.com on 25th May 2015 and my ticked was cancelled by them but I did not get any refund. I visited their office but it was a fake address provided by them and I found that police complaint is filled against them.
I also called at their customer care but did not get any response.a
Easygotrip.com is a fraud company.
