I have order a mobile phone through online from letsbuymobile on 29/08/2014 and App#LBM29087024 with the processing fee Rs.999.
Few days after received a message stating that application has been cancelled without any reason and for the same processing fee Rs.999 was not credited to my account. Again received a message later stating that we wont refund the money instead of that we will sent the watch but till the date(27/10/2014) not yet received and no proper response received through customer care number also.

I have order a laptop through online from letsbuymobile on 25/09/2014 and App#LBM25099047 with the processing fee Rs.999.00.
Few days after received a message stating that application has been cancelled without any reason and for the same processing fee Rs.999.00 was not credited in my account. Again received a message later stating that we could not refund your money instead of that we will send the watch but till the date (29/10/2014) not yet received and no proper response through customer care number also.
Most of the customer care executive told me we dispatch your watch today. I want to ask you when today are comes from Customer Care Executive.
Please help on this matter.
