E-meditek (tpa) Services Limited – Why the initial amount is approved at first when it does not come under the clause

My Mother card number is-12207140000481C POLICY NO.-272300/48/2016/1194 Respected Sir/Mam My Mother (Mrs Nirmal) is Admitted to the Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj New Delhi…I have taken the Approval From The E-MEDITEK TPA SERVICES LIMITED Yesterday(1st Jan 2016), So that She will be admitted to the hospital today(2nd Jan2016)..Yesterday E-MEDITEK required about the 2013-14 Premium Slip. But I have Taken The Insurance From 2014 Onward. I have given them all the detailed which I had Got from The ORIENTAL INSURANCE. Before Getting Approval From E-MEDITEK TPA SERVICES LIMITED, I did not go to the hospital for Admission because Hospital estimation Amount was huge which i could not be manage without the Approval from The EMEDITEK…When They have given the Initial Approval, Then i went to the hospital…But when my Mother Surgery has happened today than they have cancelled all the Approval, Even the Initial Approval. And Now The E-MEDITEK DEPARTMENT PEOPLE are giving the explanation that the Surgery which the Doctors have been done, will not be Applicable under the Panel If the POLICY will be Less than two Year OLD…IF EMEDITEK have given these explanation then Why they have given the INITIAL Approval Before this SURGERY.., HOSPITAL Has Given All The Detail to EMEDITEK REGARDING SURGERY BEFORE THE PATIENT ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL…NOW THEY HAVE REJECTED ALL THE APPROVAL…AND HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT WILL BE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO DEPOSIT ALL THE AMOUNT…, MY MOTHER WILL BE DISCHARGING TOMORROW(3RD JAN2016).I BELONGS TO THE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY, MY FATHER IS ALSO JOBLESS.NOW I AM FACING TOO MUCH PROBLEM FOR ARRANGING THE HOSPITAL BILL AMOUNT… I REQUEST YOU TAKE STRICT ACTION ON MY QUERY SO THAT I SHOULD GET THE FEASIBLE CLAIM AMOUNT FROM THE E-MEDITATE SERVICE LTD… FROM RAHUL KANOJIA 9810148860 / 9811613299
