Respected sir, I am Shahrukh khan Study Sol B.A Programme Course From Your Reputed Collage. Sir i would like to ex-plane a issue which is standing in front of me that my SOL Roll NO is “14-2-16-008809” and I am facing a huge problem that when I am checking my ID Card from website there is a database error which is shows another photograph in my id card an signature too which is not mine. I am try to solve this is issue when I am at south campus Moti bagh and but no buddy assist me at that time I found that every staff of SOL make me confuse and sending me left to right that is but my issue wouldn’t been solved by SOL South Campus. • This is my first issue Second is that actually I am working personal and I am not be able to come SOL every day it is difficult to go sol everyday for my issues. In my first year i got Text messages services from SOL Regarding course and all but now i didn’t received any text messages from DU But at same my friends receive almost every information regarding course PCP Classes etc. But I hadn’t received any kind of notification from them. I have registered my phone “97166860272” no already and my phone no. is activated but I hadn’t receive anything from them either SOL Provide this services for every student Or they close this services how can I know that about fee, exam, PCP classes, ID Card etc. • issue which is faced by me is I am daily try to call SOL For assist but no-one pick phone either incorrect/switch off or busy always what is this sir does I have right to ask questions from SOL or not. • Almost all the student got their username and password but I hadn’t receive any username login password from my first year now I completed my 1st year and till now after pay my draft I hadn’t receive any notification from them I have my fee receipt and till now DO-SOL didn’t text MY pcp classes COLLAGE which is assign me.
