I have seen the complaints about the developer DS Max Properties. I am purchasing a flat from the same developer. The review shown does not guide me to take any suitable decision. I wish to know the answers for my following questions from the people who have dealt with DS Max so that I can take a suitable decison:
1) Whether the construction is legally fine with approved building plan & Commencement Certificate from the Corporation and a valid legal agreement with the land owner
2) Whether the quaility of construction is Good/ Ordinary/ Bad/ Worst
3) Have they given what they have promised: 1200 sqm promised and 1200 sqm given. Other Facilities promised and all facilties given
4) Whether they have given the copy of Occupancy certificate issued by the corporation
5) Whether the buyers were able to have the Khata in their name without any legal hindrance
6) Have they charged any extra money other than what was asked /specified while the time of booking
7) When did they give possession of the flat. 6 Months to 1 year delay is normal.Any thing beyond that.
I shall be grateful, if I am able to get the answers which would help me to take appropriate decision.
