Driver-n-maids.com – I paid Money for Driver but driver did not come

I have booked driver from driver-n-maids.com for Pune to Mahabaleshwar trip. Lady provided company details and sent account number.Go to know company is from kolkatta and into this business from 16 years and they are operational in Pune from 6 years. I was informed that driver details will be provided upon payment of Rs. 2700 which I did.I confirmed her on phone that payment made. Promptly got call back from her and she confirmed that money is deposited and she will send driver details. Got driver number. When called on that number, someone else picked a call and said my son did not work with that company and he can not come as he do not work as driver. I tried multiple times to reach the company phone number but nobody picked my call.Many times number was switched off. Still they do not pick call. Phone number : 9022780545 – This was used for communication on call. Bank account : 0720051073304 (Design Services) – Amount Rs. 2700 paid here on 17/12/2015. Bank account number and driver number was sent with phone number 9223354662. Could not call on 9223354662 as it says number is invalid. Expected Resolution : Refund of Rs. 2700
