In 2012, I had booked a flat in an under construction project in Nallasopara, Mumbai which is being developed by aforementioned builder. CHAND HANIF told me that the project will be completed before 2015 and now he is telling me that he hasn’t got the proper CC approval from the govt and awaiting for the same. Its been more than 4 years that my funds have been blocked in his project. He doesn’t pick my calls, doesn’t talk to me properly and doesn’t even give me any update of the project.
I requested him to give my money back but he refused by saying he won’t. I had booked a flat in the said project through an agent “Dinesh korgaonkar” of realtydepot, who also owns SHRADDHA SABURI ENTERPRISES, he doesn’t pick my call either.
I told both these individuals if there are more such delays, then I will have to file a complaint in consumer court, but regardless of the fact, they told me to file the complaint and bragged about their connections in these forum and told me it won’t help me since they know everyone of consumer court.
