Worst shopping site and customer service

I bought a couple of anarkali suits in Sept for 3000. I received a low quality material which would cost aprx 300 each. I request for return and refund over email. They wanted me to send the product over courier and also stated that they would charge 250rs. I agreed to send on a condition of applying the refund in a bank account. I got no proper response still I sent the suits over courier which cost me 450rs inspite of that they charged me 300rs and applied the refund in drapino wallet. I got no replies after that. I do not want to shop in website anymore. I have never seen such a cheap website.
