Trash product with no money return

This is on behalf of my wife..She had ordered a kurti last month..The product was too bad..She ordered for return but the company told to courier the product and the money would be sent to wallet..The amount was around RS 2000..The amount for courier was 150..The reordered product was again received and the same is rubbish..Too bad..One cannot wear that dress..Never..Too disappointed..Kindly look into the matter..Pease help..The photos I am sending are attached..The number that they have given us never reachable..
