Red Colored Maslin Silk Party Wear Designer Suit

I ordered a “Red Colored Maslin Silk Party Wear Designer Suit” for Rs.1590 on 3 Dec 2018.
The listing says that bust is upto 117cm which means its 117cm (46inch) and customer can alter as required but the under bust itself is 40inch as shown in attached image. So the product is exactly not what it says it is. Also there are no black hangings at the back as shown in the listing image. So the listing itself seems misleading.
For return, they asked me to ship the item by myself and also they would deduct Rs. 250 from the amount i paid for no reason and rest of the amount they will convert into Drapino points so i can use them only into their site.
Which means all my money gone to a fraud site.
