Not returning money on Product return

As per the policy they say that we can return the product if we didn’t like the product but on raising the query they say that they will credit in Drapino wallet . What;s the use of wallet when one doesn’t like their quality and the product is also not as per the description. I need my money to be credited.
As they told if money can’t credited in my bank account then why they send me the product which is good in quality or same as per site.I want my money back.
