NO RETURN POLICY

I have bought a black suit with yellow dupatta from Drapino in COD mode. After receiving it I found the material is not as per shown in the website nor the size is given correctly.
I mailed them, called them to return my order. But no one is responding.
Its such an awful experience with DRAPINO.
I would suggest not to buy anything from this site
I don’t get exact dress . The colour was different when compare to the given pic .I need to return the order
