I want to return order dress which is so cheap from drapino

I had order 1 anarkali dress from drapino which price is 1669.when I received the order the fabric was so cheap..than I decided to return this cheap dress I had send mail drapino.but they give me no response..plz help me I want to return dress and refund my money
